We’re Hiring— Build the Future of Field Safety in Renewable Energy

Careers at Solar Sentinel

Solar Sentinel is building a safety-first AI field diagnostics platform for utility-scale renewable energy operations. The platform is designed to support technicians working in live operating environments — where clarity, escalation, and correct decision-making matter. Solar Sentinel is incubated within the Training Center of Central Texas, one of the nation’s leading utility-scale renewable energy training organizations. Our work is grounded in real field conditions, OEM-aligned workflows, and technician-informed design. We are assembling a small, high-impact founding team to deliver our MVP and shape the future of field decision support across solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems.

About the Founder (Credibility Signal)

Solar Sentinel was founded by Reginald Hodges, CEO & President of the Training Center of Central Texas and a former utility-scale solar construction manager with experience overseeing some of the largest solar projects in the world, including Topaz and Agua Caliente. With over 20 years spanning utility-scale solar construction, electrical engineering, and workforce development — including service as a U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps Officer — Solar Sentinel is built from direct exposure to the challenges technicians face on live sites every day. This platform is not theoretical. It is built with the field, for the field. (Full background: www.centextraining.com Resume_Reginald )
